We currently offer shipping within India. We are working towards expanding to other regions in the future, so please stay tuned for updates!
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving the order, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
For orders above ₹1,500, we offer free shipping within India.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Metro Cities: Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
Non-Metro Areas: Delivery may take up to 7-10 business days.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or third-party courier delays.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
6. Shipping Partners
We partner with trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your products. These include, but are not limited to, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, and Delhivery.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
In the rare event that a product is out of stock or unavailable, you will be notified via email, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, either by processing a backorder or offering an alternative solution.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
