Provide Order Details: Include your order number, a video when parcel has being opened, and a brief description of the issue.
Approval: Once we review your request, we will confirm if your product is eligible for a refund. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.
Return: Ship the product back to us. The item must be in as original condition,as shown in parcel opening video.
Refund Issuance: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Original Shipping: Shipping fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.
5. Processing Time
